At the project's outset, clients typically engage in tasks such as agreements, providing data, and completing questionnaires. Additionally, there's general onboarding, including project management and scheduling. Internally, we conduct a kick-off to align the team. The client kick-off marks the first milestone, usually occurring within 2-4 weeks of contract signing.
